1 Ticketing support available Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. We reserve the right to update support availability at our sole discretion — including, but not limited to bank holidays, staff training, etc.
2 Provider will make every reasonable attempt to remain up-to-date on necessary WordPress security and operational measures. Provider will provide occasional maintenance outside of the scope of this contract when necessary and within reason, at our sole discretion
3 Includes IP lockout, brute force protection, bot scan detection, 2-factor authentication and/or Google reCAPTCHA, password expiration, malware scans, & SPAM removal
4 Client will pay any fees for outside vendors and/or products, as well as services outside of the scope of this offer.
5 Service time available at our most recent hourly rate.
